Killarney stages the strongest British or Irish card today, with the €50,000 Listed Navigation Stakes giving the eight-race meeting a clear class edge. The latest Racing Post going report is yielding to soft with light rain, so balance around the turns and the ability to keep finding over a longer trip matter more than raw speed alone.
The card contains 86 active runners, four reserves and seven non-runners at the final data refresh. Current form, full available history, draw, pace and ground evidence have been checked for all 97 declared horses. Prices and applicable terms were refreshed at 09:57 BST from the permitted bookmaker feed, with the live Oddschecker grid used as a corroborating market check. Readers comparing today's card can also use our horse racing tips, staking and bankroll guide and horse racing betting rules before deciding whether any selection suits them.

Killarney 13:00 | Wecouldavehaditall | 2pt win at 7/2, Bet365
NEXT BEST: Heart Of You
Wecouldavehaditall has learned with racing and produced her best effort when third of 13 over a mile at Naas last month. She was headed late but rallied, a useful sign for this turning mile, and stall five should allow Nathan Crosse to secure a position without forcing matters. The 7/2 price gives her improvement room that the market leaders do not all possess.
Heart Of You is the main danger at 3/1 after finishing sixth in a big Curragh maiden over six furlongs. She shaped as though this longer trip could suit and now wears a tongue-tie for her first run for Ken Condon. Darivan has faced stronger maidens and Magma Law improved sharply when third at Naas, but Wecouldavehaditall has the most persuasive recent mile evidence.
Verdict: Wecouldavehaditall, 2pt win at 7/2, Bet365. Take 3/1 or bigger. Heart Of You is next best at 3/1.
Killarney 13:35 | Gliondar | 3pt win at 5/4, Coral
NEXT BEST: Karrygrant
Gliondar followed a promising Galway second with fifth in a stronger Curragh maiden, where he raced close enough to the pace to feel the pressure late. This is a more suitable assignment and he remains open to improvement after only two starts. Stall three gives Billy Lee every chance to conserve ground before asking him to settle the race.
Karrygrant is the obvious danger at 5/2. He has finished second on each of his last two starts and his official rating of 77 sets a solid standard, but six runs without a win leave less hidden upside. Saliba is rated 80 after a recent second and cannot be dismissed, yet Gliondar's lightly raced profile earns preference.
Verdict: Gliondar, 3pt win at 5/4, Coral. Take Evens or bigger. Karrygrant is next best at 5/2.
Killarney 14:10 | Suir Monad | 2pt win at 4/1, Bet365
NEXT BEST: Cladach
Suir Monad has been admirably consistent since returning this year, recording form figures of 4-4-3-4-3. She was third over this course and distance last time and again shaped as though a truly run mile would suit. Stall nine is wider than ideal, but she has enough tactical speed to avoid being trapped too far back.
Cladach is the strongest rival at 11/4 after successive seconds and a third, though stall 11 creates a similar positioning problem at a shorter price. Star Strewn won at Punchestown last time and Roaming Coyote returned to form when third, but Suir Monad's repeatable level and the 4/1 available price provide the better balance.
Verdict: Suir Monad, 2pt win at 4/1, Bet365. Take 7/2 or bigger. Cladach is next best at 11/4.
Killarney 14:45 | Ochtar Againn | 0.75pt e/w at 12/1, Boyle Sports, 4 places
NEXT BEST: Big Bill
Ochtar Againn returned to form when second over seven furlongs at Gowran, making late progress after being held up. The extra furlong can help and stall four offers the option of saving ground before delivering her challenge. Her mark of 49 is manageable, and 12/1 with four places compensates for a profile that remains less consistent than the favourites.
Big Bill is the next best at 9/2 after winning at Bellewstown only four days ago. The quick return and wide stall 16 are the reasons not to accept a shorter price. Nibras Rainbow has made the frame on his last two starts, while Rampage is capable from a low draw, but Ochtar Againn's latest run suggests her turn may be close.
Verdict: Ochtar Againn, 0.75pt e/w at 12/1, Boyle Sports, 4 places. Take 10/1 or bigger with at least 3 places. Big Bill is next best at 9/2.
Killarney 15:20 | Shaihaan | 2pt win at 10/3, Coral
NEXT BEST: Manton Bay
Shaihaan has the second-highest official rating among the eight active runners and owns form at this trip and on yielding ground. His last two fifths came in stronger company, including a Curragh contest in which he finished well ahead of Action. Dropping into Listed company at a track that rewards balance gives him a sound chance to recover his spring form.
Manton Bay is next best at 7/2. He won over a mile here in August and was second on his next start, although he needs to reverse a recent fifth. Action is respected on peak ratings but arrives after three heavy defeats, while Caught U Sleeping is consistent without looking obviously ahead of her mark. Shaihaan offers the stronger current value at 10/3.
Verdict: Shaihaan, 2pt win at 10/3, Coral. Take 3/1 or bigger. Manton Bay is next best at 7/2.
Killarney 15:55 | Shanala | 3pt win at 5/2, Bet365
NEXT BEST: Together Now
Shanala has improved with every start, progressing from fifth to fourth, third and then second. She set a useful standard when runner-up over this trip at Punchestown and her official rating of 82 is 12lb above the next active rival with a published mark. That proven stamina is a valuable asset on yielding-to-soft ground.
Together Now is the next best at 8/11 and has obvious potential after finishing second and third in two starts, but the price asks her to settle a race at the first attempt beyond a mile and a quarter. Cailin Miorruilach is a well-bred newcomer and Sibaza can improve, yet Shanala's established level makes 5/2 the more attractive bet.
Verdict: Shanala, 3pt win at 5/2, Bet365. Take 9/4 or bigger. Together Now is next best at 8/11.
Killarney 16:30 | Femme Beauty | 1pt e/w at 15/2, Coral, 4 places
NEXT BEST: Wie Wunderbar
Femme Beauty has won three of her last five starts and lost little in defeat when third at Navan most recently. She stays this trip, handles yielding ground and remains competitive from a mark of 73. Stall six should allow the apprentice rider to secure cover behind the likely pace, and 15/2 with four places is fair compensation in a competitive field.
Wie Wunderbar is next best at 7/2 after a win and a third on his last two starts. Believe Believe also arrives in form following a victory, while Shay's Dream bounced back with a second, but both are shorter than Femme Beauty relative to the strength of their evidence. The selection's repeat winning habit is the clearest value angle.
Verdict: Femme Beauty, 1pt e/w at 15/2, Coral, 4 places. Take 7/1 or bigger with at least 3 places. Wie Wunderbar is next best at 7/2.
Killarney 17:05 | Blue Nasturtium | 2pt win at 7/2, Bet365
NEXT BEST: Shemiyka
Blue Nasturtium has moved forward on each of her three starts, improving from fifth to fourth and then third. She made the running at Punchestown last time and kept on after being challenged, suggesting this slightly shorter trip and a more measured ride could suit. An official rating of 70 puts her close to the best established standard in the race.
Shemiyka is next best at 9/2 on her rating of 71, although she has not progressed in the same straight line and finished ninth last time. Ballybawn Belter can improve on two runs and Joe Cool has a rating of 72, but his last two efforts were disappointing. Blue Nasturtium's upward curve earns the vote.
Verdict: Blue Nasturtium, 2pt win at 7/2, Bet365. Take 3/1 or bigger. Shemiyka is next best at 9/2.
Best bets of the day
Shanala is the NAP because her form has improved on every start and she brings a clear published-rating advantage into the 15:55. Gliondar is the next best of the day at 5/4, with only two starts behind him and a meaningful drop in depth from the Curragh.
Wecouldavehaditall is the other leading win bet after her recent Naas third over today's trip. Ochtar Againn and Femme Beauty supply the two each-way positions, both in 14-runner races with four verified places. Shaihaan is preferred in the Listed feature because his current price accounts for the recent defeats while his rating and stronger-race evidence remain competitive.
