What BetOwl provides
BetOwl provides free journalism, commentary, educational material, calculators, newsletters and related website features. BetOwl is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, financial adviser or debt adviser. We do not accept bets, hold betting funds, manage betting accounts or act for a bookmaker.
Betting risk and responsibility
Betting involves the risk of losing money. Odds, models, systems, tips and analysis cannot guarantee a result or profit. You remain responsible for deciding whether to bet, checking the market rules and available price, and protecting essential spending.

Accuracy, availability and calculators

Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless stated otherwise, BetOwl owns or licenses the site’s original text, design, branding, graphics and software. You may read, print or save reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish substantial content, remove attribution, scrape the site at a harmful rate, bypass security, introduce malicious code or use the site to infringe another person’s rights.
If you submit a message, you confirm that you have the right to provide its contents. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive or confidential third-party material.
Liability

Subject to those protections, BetOwl is not responsible for betting losses, decisions made on the basis of incomplete or outdated information, third-party websites, indirect losses, or a failure caused by events reasonably outside our control. This wording does not require you to accept an unfair exclusion under applicable consumer law.
Changes, severability and applicable law
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The review date at the top identifies the current version. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
